One of our digger drivers deciding he knows better than a laser site level.... then finding out what happens when you cock something up.... friendly jovial little me made him fix it.. after he'd tried to argue black was white... I told him that drains go downhill not up and he thinks his half ar$ed attempt to bodge it up will be acceptable.... on Monday morning he will be humiliated again.....

For those complaining about the gym being busy, I currently use two gyms (sort of, finish work too late most the time atm to use local gym) but the strength and conditioning gym I use is serious members only (seeing as its £77.50 a month but I pay £80 a month as a client for programmed sessions) gonna start using it full time next year for £77.50 and still on a program.

It's not cheap but its worth it, program is done to my ability but changed every week to make it harder and the people that run it have/and still do spend a fortune on their own education to make sure they know everything worth knowing. Wish I'd started using this gym from the beginning!

Wow, your very serious about getting fit these days.
All I wanted was a Pepsi, just one Pepsi
    Far from suicidal
    Still I get them tendencies
    Bringing back them memories
That I really miss when I reminisce

I wouldn't be paying £80 a month (plus the local gym fee of £27) if I was in good shape need to keep a better track of my calories.

Not cheap that! I'm £94 a month for mine but that's for the mrs as well. Mine is only silly busy at peak times. I go in the mornings when on nightshift and late at night on day shift. Although I'm only making it twice a week at best at the moment. Slacking big time and struggling for motivation now.

    Fuck gyms

Full of roid heads with tiny little legs posing in mirrors and blagging on about utter crap

I'm currently building a house extension to put all my gym equipment
Want to get a decent running machine next
