the actual catch itself the hook or the springy yoke on the slam panel ? me and freddie yellowsrnova managed to put my one toghether with corsa b cable and bits mis matched from corsa / nova
Me and mark (novacabrio I think) have fitted a solenoid to the catch and done away with the cable all together. Leaves a much neater job.
It's the spring.. I thought it had snapped but I picked that up wrong from my mechanic. It was missed placed by myself and can't find it but got my hands on a corsa b one this morning. All I'm wondering is will it slot straight in with out any hassle?
Does the corsa and nova not have the exact same catch spring? My mechanic has put doubts into my head because he doesn't think it will fit but on the other hand he said he could be wrong..
Any help will be grateful.
