Rear arch and sill repairs

I been looking through the forum for pictures of a repair in this area so I know what I'm up against but I'm struggling to find anything, I'm looking for the corner where the sill meets the rear arch.

Skin over the top is the arch, under that will be the inner arch skin that joins the bottom of the rear quarter inner bit.
Then you'll have the inner and out side.

Cheers Ben, it's not so easy to see the correct way it goes together when it's all rotten and then it's had a botched repair.
