So I have started a list of jobs I want to get done on it which includes...

    New roof grab handle
Replace front seats with some better ones I have in stock
Replace the faded rear parcel shelf and side supports with uncut & unfaded ones.
Fit the new period SR standard fit Philips radio I have and wire it up to the dash mounted fader
Fit new set of headlight washers
Fit set of bronze opening rear quarter windows
Fit the later black door handle to the new door as the original does not fit.
Replace rear bumper with an early one
Restock the half empty tool kit
    Fit my new three spokes
    Maybe paint the engine bay
Possibly fit one of my spare Sport carb & airbox setups
    Etc....

I had an issue with the throttle sticking which I sorted with a spare linkage I had.

Overall it is only a few small things it needs to make it a cracking little car

The weather was nice tonight so thought I would have a run out in the SR and drop in on a mate who wanted to have a drive. He took it out & loved it.
I have to say I am loving this car more & more and driving it is great. Although the ride height is sky high it is running poly bushes with 185/60 tyres and it handles quite well. Also it is running the single choke carb still but it actually goes quite well. An upgrade to a twin choke Weber or a set of DCOE's and it will go even better

    A few pics from tonight...

As the light was good tonight it showed how good the paint finish is. It is a great quality finish with a good shine
