Amazing project mate, love it to bits.

Are you by-passing the heater matrix? Im looking to save some weight and just wondered if your connected the 2 hoses together which go into it?

    Panels look great Craig.
All I wanted was a Pepsi, just one Pepsi
    Far from suicidal
    Still I get them tendencies
    Bringing back them memories
That I really miss when I reminisce

Yes the heater matrix is history, I wont be using a plastic water bar, will be getting a new one made up in ally or stainless steel to suit the car.

Love the exhaust welding, as well as all the other work that has gone into it. Ace job!
One day I'll start a build thread. One day...

Craig; see this red plastic bush?

Don't rely on it. I made a 3MM steel insert & welded to replace it and the difference is like night & day.

Works fine, and yes that plastic bush is crap. It keeps slipping down, I ptfe'd it which made it a little better but a more permanent fix would be great.

Just a solid bush was it?
