After struggling at work on my own with a ton of stress attached to the job, I met with the one of the directors today and I'm finally gonna get some new infrastructure investment and staff of my own to help out.
I'll finally be able to take leave without the stress of connecting cancer video meetings on my laptop.

Found some nice cheap parts to fix the Signum after I blew the turbo on Saturday
2nd hand turbo, tidy bonnet with irmscher grille and an unmarked bumper
Oh and my back op was successful too yesterday! I can still walk, I can still control my bladder and most importantly I can still get an Erection!!!! Yay!!
my bird is finally on board and we are getting another dog to keep my old boy dodger company
