    Keep up the amazing build!
I just had a read through myself. Seeing it parked at the roadside early last year bought back fond memories.

Thanks, I can give you the measurements if you need them. The most important part, which I haven't actually mentioned is that there is a 90degree angle pressed into the plate where it meets the rear panel. Only 25mm, but it means it can be riveted to the panel. I cut the rest of the metal away underneath so it doesn't act as a parachute, then sealed it all up with PU adhesive. You can see the 4 rivets in this picture. I'l trim the bumper also.

Shell looks great, rear brace in a nice add in too.
She's gonna look great when all painted. can't wait to see it, might have to pop over when it's back.
Yes its getting painted everywhere. Its on rolling dolly's, which I got off Craig (Twag), so despite being low, once its in the booth it will be jacked up on stands so its fully accessible

By all means do pop into the yard if you are passing, you can normally see my van from the road, so if its there..... I'm there.

Just had a look through my messages and found the measurements

730mm x 705mm with a 25mm 90deg return on one of the shorter sides making the flat part 730 x 680. Best use those as a rough guide though and measure yours properly when its cut out.

Cut the wheel well out at the area as soon as it goes flat with boot floor, To get the nice curved shape just hold a piece of string in one hand pressed to the wheel post, with the other hand holding the string and a marker pen. Then after a couple of dry runs you can mark it up with OCD levels of accuracy.

Thats 3mm, I wouldn't go thinner, place ally on top and draw round from underneath. Be careful not to cut on that line though, draw another around 20mm outside of it so it has a good overlap.

Ah that's a very good bit of kit. Played with it at the bodyshop..
Sounds like a plan, is a nice drive from winny so i'll pop over at some time when its back.
All I wanted was a Pepsi, just one Pepsi
    Far from suicidal
    Still I get them tendencies
    Bringing back them memories
That I really miss when I reminisce
