I did both sides (in the arch and in the bay..)

Just tidy the welds up after welding.

Here's where i mean.

I can't see why it wouldn't be as effective, it's what I would do if I was rebuilding a shell, to keep it as origional looking as possible. good work, can't wait to see it progress

got it the car back on the spit yesterday and started all the seam welding, still some to be done yet but the front end is attached again.

^ I'm replacing everything that I can, the only thing I'm not replacing is the chassis legs as I don't have the panels and don't know where to get them, but if you know where I can get some please share!

i have cut through the inner wings because I'm replacing them with new ones including the turrets, I'm doing my best to get rid of all the rot with he parts that I have.
