    Personally never used t5 but I've used ephedrine ( the real stuff) went from 15% bodyfat to 11% in matter of weeks, that was along with good exercise though.

    also I said he could add one in I didn't say to only rely on one.

    Theyre bad for your heart.
    You may aswell just take mcat or speed,its just the same side effects.

    www.Strava.com its a tracking app, very very useful as you can see your times improving and pace yourself against other riders aswell, i love it!

    My weight has been the same for ages and ive cut pretty much everything out apart from beer (which ive just done for a month) and although i can see and feel my muscles building up, and my weight not changing (which says straight away that im burning fat and replacing it with muscle) because im not physically dropping in weight it is disheartening, but stick at it though mate, but tbf if youre enjoying your biking, and youre having fun, then thats all that really matters

    When you stop droping weight you need to up your game,ie drop some more calories or up the intensity.
    You will build a little muscle,but not constantly.
