And have an interview for a really interesting job less then a mile away next week.

Had an ace workout tonight, 36kg a side incline dumbbell press and a new record on the decline bench press 98kg

I beg to differ, scenery was stunning and the ride was really good, hard climbs and fast descents and lots of good singletrack inbetween
