In theory the only visible metal you should be left with is the A post, scuttle panel and the sill when the doors are open, carbon gsi skirts would cover the rest of the sill,

Another option would be to make the sill part of the quarter panel mould so it would be 1 piece
Got a scuttle panel here to use for a mold...

    edit: but that's LHD...

Bazil can you send me some pictures of the full quarters just so I can get my head around making them, do they have the roof gutter piece on there and do they go right to the front of the a pillar?

    Will do chris,

Yeah its basically the full side, from door seal rubber to tailgate rubber joins and sill to roof gutter

Just for a quick idea heres a pic, ill get better ones to email you,

The second picture shows them lying with sills, ideally this would be the ideal mould for bazza as it would replace the full sill and leave no exposed metal, but I guess a pita to do

I just have a few bits to do before it goes in the shop now, here's a pic from tonight.

Ive hit a snag removing the loom, it's wrapped around the steering rack so thought if I took the nuts and bolts out the rack I could pull tthem straight out but one side has a rectangular nut at the top and dome shaped at the bottom and just won't slacken off, any advice? Once it's off the loom is free to come out.

Been having a nightmare trying to remove these doors aswell, I snapped the extractor pin so I made another one at work today but didn't get the chance to try it out.

The steering column has a sheer bolt, knock the domed head around anti clockwise with a cold chisel.
