well, pistons are in
and 2 days of welding has lead me to ALMOST having the exterior welding done
just both corners behind the light clusters to make up
filler cap flushed as it was rotten and i couldnt be bothered to carefully make new bits up, ill mount the filler cap the other side inside the bed bit
and just filling in the gaps with tiny offcuts. lots of fibreglass will be used

Oh look, 17 months later. No real updates other than I was told 6 months ago we were probably going to be moving warehouse so I sold my xe I spent months to save and and build. Found out after I sold the lot we weren't moving after all. Since I came into some money I went and bought my ex's cally t which I'll be ripping the let out of and throwing in the shell. That's also coming home to my place since I've got parking place for it and the calibra to break. Plus since my daughters now 1 is time she helped haha. I'll get some pictures sorted too
Glad your back on with this build, nice also to read that it's going down the turbo route, should be a cracking all round build once done
