So got the gutter bits cleaned off, this was a utter **** job. As you can only really cut down so far so i found it easiest to grind the last bit But then ment going thru about 30 belt sanding belts..
    Start...

    Cut right back.

Ground right down. Last bit in the first pic.

Front bit that is braised in. The braising is very very hard.

    removed

    Same on the rear.

You can see the hidden spot weld in the middle..

Careful not to remove the rear bit tho..

Had to leave it then to get home, bloody trackered work van...

Picked this up today tho... So who remember my battery box?

I really wasn't happy with the painted top..
    Found this,

    So did this...

Then Saw a man who did this...

    Much better!

While i was there i had these done too, as they where just painted.
    Door handle surrounds..

Love the dedication and pure brutality of taking the roof off, does make me wonder about changing the skin on mine eventually... would definitely delay things though, especially as I'd be looking at carbon for sure So many things to do, only so much money

Delay? I thought you'd stopped... With the roof off a full cage would be needed if you wanted CF, as the top gets alot less strong. Removing the roof was the only way really, means the top is better and the headliing and insides are/will be better.

Cheers, the box was red and white. That was a big no no. So painting and wrapping was easiest. But just not good enough...

How much work would it be to totally remove those gutters completely?
