also, remember, you work to live, not the other way round.
ALOT more work for the same money, stupid managers always having a pop, co workers doing fcuk all to help out
and mainly the fact i was perfectly happy in my old role, knew the job inside out, the chap who took over from me never wanted to do my old job either
so my manager now has two extremely unmotivated employees on his hands, top managerial skills
also in this new role im not in position to do my NVQ level 3 in engineering which is what i need to get a job at Hincley C
if i didn't have bills and a mortgage i would of walked out the other night

there is NO WHERE apart from the power station that i would get paid the same money, so im fcuked
the only hope is that my manager gets moved to another role/shift, this does happen
