As I currently do 4 on 4 off I can do 2 days overtime a week which will drop to doing 1 every other week max. But the basic stays the same and I can afford to take a bit of a drop. Also I will learn more on days as I don't exactly do alot on nights.Originally Posted by mowgli
Not quite "today" more of this week. I got one referral on my qualified tech assessment. Pleased with that! It's a tough course with a 7% first time pass rate, So I'm pleased with my one referral. No more studying for a bit, a drop in productivity and more wages is also a bonus
