Came in from work to be greeted by a letter form wonga.com claiming i owe them £124 due to arrears in a loan i took out.Thats funny i thought to myself as i have never taken a loan out with them rang them up and they wont tell me when the loan was taken out and who/which bank account it was paid into due to the data protection act.Data protection data f***ing protection its my name on the letter and its my name/address that has been scammed. Not happy

The same thing happened to my workmate. A year down the line and it's still not sorted even got refused a loan from his bank because of the effect on his credit rating.
