my butcher does nice pork and leek sausages, called welsh dragon as they have a little chilli in them aswell, lover'ly

Bacon, red onion, tomatoes, 5 eggs, stringy cheese from France, and Feck loads of chilli flakes.

All mixed up into a yummy omelette.
