    Nice one, well done Hayley, bout bloody time too




    Oh and being back at spinning class for the first session after christmas has made me happy today, that and the fact that the last two sundays ive done really decent bike rides too, 22 miles with shedloads of climbs last week between ravenscar and whitby, and 26 miles yesterday between hull and hornse, oh and ive not touched alcohol in over a week too

    my boy is 23kgs but he dosnt pull like he use to, but then again he is 6 and a half years old even grew a grey beard

    A quite incredible bonus from work considering I'm in the discretionary bonus scheme. Shame the government will be helping themselves to 40% of it.
