I used a screw driver and long nose pillars. Knock the cup out, then break up. Then led or silver-tec bulbs. Looks much better as you don't get the colour run thru... Mucho cleaner.
(know the cup out so it's lose in the light, then snap the cup in to bits with the pillars but twisting and pulling)
