    at this time of year I'd not expect any company to return a call (I'm certainly not responding to customers today/tomorrow and wednesday )

    Do you know do agreed value? As my policy is up at the end of Jan, so i'll be looking for quotes....

    Yes, we offer agreed valuations but will look at what is presented to us before offering this, we'd usually only offer it for a limited mileage second car.
