Pleasure is today....

Dropping off some paperwork to my neighbours, proving that a strip of land behind my stable block, which they believed was theirs for the past 23 years, is actually mine

When they dismissed my statement that the land was infact mine, after telling my father that I had been trespassing on their land.

Really funny as they suggested that another stable (which is on the boundary and has been there that past forty years plus) was in their opinion encroaching over the boundary, by 32"s)
maybe it drifted a bit
