the quality of a steak is far more important than the size....it took me about 20 years to realise that....when i was 20, i was 10st & could easily eat a 32oz steak with all the extras & a pud.. i was also crap at holding my drink... now, i eat smaller steaks & can drink lots.... i'm not sure its an improvement, as it still costs £15 for a steak, but it costs way more than a tenner for me to get ratted

Thought thats who I had an interview with... But He's just operations manager. These 2 are the owners. I assume they are weighing up my lack of piss taking experience (lmfao) against the way I came across in the interview, hence needing to meet these two in person.
i'm guessing they are the 2 blokes who own it & they are trying to act all corporate etc to hide the true nature of their line of work.... do they call themselves xxxxxxx environmental services or similar?? so it sounds like they plant trees & not take sh!t of anyone......
