stupid doctors,went there for stress,anger and anxiety/lack of sleep etc
Left feeling the above mentioned all at the same time with no prescription or any follow up to anger management.
The dr even asked me if i knew of any meds that would calm me down-"yes,cannabis or alcohol would" i said jokingly (i drink but dont smoke anymore)
"do you think the cannabis will be of help,why not give that a try?"
With that i got up and walked out asking just who was the patient here!?

If i wanted ganja on prescription i would have made an appointment with dr dre

anger management is a fooking joke Ive been to two different groups and had to leave both!!

i only know of one person that has been given pills to deal with his anger but he hatted the sensation of being on them so stopped, 2 weeks later he was arrested for headbutting a guys nose flat :/

Been given anti anxieties before that didnt agree with me,made me feel worse so i flushed them all.
We spoke about diazepam but theyre serious downers and theyre addictive.

i had a boxing bag yeah,its only a short release,and gym is an ongoing thing where i go solid for 2 weeks obsessed then lose interest for 2/3 months caning burgers and beer

i hate the gym much prefer free weights in the garden, not that Ive lifted anything heaver then my fat **** out of bed in ages
