My mate has a roast every Sunday religiously, standard roast however he then covers it in salt, vinegar and grated cheddar. And I mean covers it in cheese, every part of the roast cannot be seen for the cheese. Pure madness!!!!

    that really is sad.....

i mean, what is the point of having such a meal. he might as well get a bowl of chips & cover them....

i get really upset if i've cooked a dinner & then someone starts slapping the salt all over it without even having the manners to have tried tasting it first....

It only happens at his house or his mums!!! Believe me when he comes to mine he is not allowed near the salt, vinegar or cheese!!!!

I really don't understand it either!!

Guy that used to work with me mixed baked beans, mayonnaise and gravy together for his lunch every day. There are some strange people in the world

re the cheese bloke... only eating it at his mum's... there is the cause of the problem... he probably kicked off when he was 3 and she covered it in cheese to get him to eat it... like most of the food saddo's on that freaky eaters tv show...

as for the vinegar... some vinegar on lamb, as in the mint sauce is great though

Mowgli, you have got it in one!!!!

He is 32, married with a kid and his now retired mum does all his washing, cleaning, shopping etc! He is the youngest of 3, big gap between him and the middle child. She doesn't do all that for the other 2!!!!

It is unbelievable, I truly don't think he could last more than 2 days without his mum coming round. She even mows the lawn!!!
