Doing a lot of exercise, tbh I'm still struggling diet-wise ...I have good days and bad days so I could lose weight faster if I could properly get on top of my eating!!

eating isnt a big problem for me its more alcohol that adds to my weight, im cutting that down big time now the nova is back tho so its happy days

my plate looked like a road cone.... not that i piled it up or anything...... i have a bit of a thing for decent cauli cheese, and the brand new dish of it had just been put out.... i reckon i had a tenner worth of that on its own.... i'll be able to eat again on about wednesday.
