Well offered him 100 and he gave me a look like I'd taken a **** in has morning cereal. so offered 250, he asked his Misses (so guess he wad considering it) but she said no. Left him to decide what they want for it and get back to me. Apparently he got offered a grand for it 3 years ago, I laughed and said he should've sold it then and there. Anyway, we shall see.
