    forgot to add I'm raising the roof up (woop woop) 4 inches all round for better head clearance, its horrid working hunched over all the time

    Can you not just buy some translucent corrugated plastic sheeting and do the whole roof with it? When you start trying to make removable sunroofs joined to wood its gonna let water pi$$ in every shape.

    Edit- at least wait til mowgli comes along with good advice on how to do it properly. Lol

    buy some correx sheet. and make sure all joints/overlaps are at least a couple of inches & well sealed.

    Just do it in bitumen sheeting, cheap and waterproof if you do it right
