I am just a fat b*****d so don't want them to break when I drive into something

tbh a standard 8.8 high tensile bolt is fine for a seat. even most suspension bolts are only 8.8, with a few being 10.9
interesting fact: higher tensile strength = much more brittle bolt, therefore less shear strength

Don't need shear strength though, tensile is what is needed! For this application.
