Which cam to use

I'm planning on changing the cam in my spi I don't know which of my spares to use though.

I've got a new D cam and a used B cam, although there doesn't look to be any wear it, which would you go for?

the D cam is the gte spec, 5.61 inlet, 6.12 exh, peg drive
the B cam is the 1.3 spec, 6mm in & exh, slot drive.

i think the D is probably the best option simply cos it should be a straight swap
