First off really sorry for waking people up but as the river had just started to burst its banks we thought you should have the chance to make your own decision. I hate being woken up in the morning so felt really guilty going round the tents this morning. Not that TeddyThom even stirred! Hopefully a bit of grub on the loon-a-que softened the blow.
Thanks for everyone that came, the club would be nothing without you guys, you did the club proud by helping each other out and keeping a brave face on things. Was great to meet some new faces, hopefully no one was put off and hope to see you next year, and as for the die hard bunch I know I will
Finally can we keep the complaints to the other threads, would be nice to salvage something good and not turn this thread into a complete bitch fest, aslo those seeking refunds can find more info HERE
Seeing as this thread is now open, I shall post my pictures here awell:
A picture of inside the PNG shelter :
When all else fails, get the loonaque out...
There's a selection of the decent photo's, the rest can be viewed <><HERE><>

Good to meet you today Hobbitt,
Well 747 miles later I have been and returned
All I can say is I felt for all those in tents as when we arrived on Friday it was torrential rain then later at 3 am it done it again, the staff at Billing were very helpfull when we booked out,
Here's hoping next year will be better
success is only limited by a weak mind
130 miles there, throttle jammed open half way down (much fun with a paranoid dog and no faith in the car as it was) but made the rest of the journey fine, arrived at one, set up my tent on "the island", walked, talked, slept, woken up at five with an "Asa, you need to see this..."
parade ground
trade stands
PNG stand, from the road
left at 1 pm, 24 hours after arriving, stopped for an hour's kip on the way back, and then saw off two rep-mo-biles on the M6, the SRi picks up speed very very well.
roll on next year!
in the words of Nieck ,"at least we have a story to tell!"

I was very lucky to get round Friday night to get some pics of the Novas on our stand before the carnage - plus the convoy up playing Nova Nova Beamer Polo
As I have nothing much on today now I shall get them up later or tomorrow...
Love the mk2 Astra pick up.
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and proclaiming, “DAMN, what a ride!!”
