Yeah maybe, where are you? over the bridge? I had a few drags with my friend in his Jenvey TB'd 20xe at PVS this year. Seemed to beat him quite easily which is one of the reasons im holding off fitting my bodies. I think to be fair though my car is probably a fair bit lighter than his, and the diff does seem to get it off the line quicker. Im going to continue to dog it until something lets go. then build my proper one, which is in pieces under the bath at the moment (mostly new & boxed)
Short vid of one of the drags this year.

Its deffo due to weight mate - the Novas are quite a bit quicker in similar fettle!
I have a Toovey built 250 bhp screamer in mine, although it hasnt moved for 3 years!
Yep - I am the first junction after the Severn bridge - so not far at all!
Craig when you fit the quaife SCCR box, if you want to sell the F16CR with ATB then let me know please
tidy looking car, i thought i recognised the car from pvs, voila....
Ah, i do believe i bought a non ABS Gte master cylinder off you a few years back? remember the Nova in your workshop at the time.
Il keep you in mind, although you have seen my hoard of parts so dont be suprised if i keep hold of it as a spare
My excuse was a poor start. Still flew past him though, but then missed 4th and he reeled me in. It was a Let though.
Voila.... (love the noise, shame about the missed gear)
No problem Craig.
I still need to sort a XE head from you at some point. Most of June was spent working in Yorkshire and Coventry and July is starting to look the same!!
No Problem, I have 2 Coscasts available and numerous KS. Just get in touch when required and im sure there will be something suitable here.
looks exactly the same as my mrs nova , you just need a quaife box to finish it off
Hmmmm Matthew from cumbria.... Rings a bell. Is it boxed up yet?
I dont suppose on the slight off-chance your Mrs Nova was fitted with the same wheels as those i use on track last year at billing was it?
