The wheels transform the care mate, looks epic
Reposition the rear wiper arm and new plates tho
Did you do the wheels yourself ? Look awesome

Cheer Benn, that meens alot coming from your self dude!
Never even thought about the wiper arm,as that hows its always been, i will do it though.
Yeah i got the wheels for £80 of ebay, they were in a bad way, so i refurbished them all my self, not the best job, but there OK, but hammerite paints just dont dry out! it's got caught and pealed on one spoke already, so need to touch it up..
The tyres were the best thing i did though to get them to look spot on, there 165/50's and finish almost flush to the wheel width etc.
Funny though how a set of gold painted vaux wheels make it look loads better!![]()

Are you happy I bumped your thread
It looks brilliant with those wheels, really suit the styling and age... You need a PNG toothbrush now to keep them clean![]()

Great work doing them your self.

Looking good now scott , Such a transformation with them alloys on

Well it was the option of send them away for a few days/week top and cost me £30-50 a wheel, or the basement and £30 of paint and a paint sticky boggy nose as i had no mask!
Prep/primed all four.
Paint silver/grey lips.
Then i makes the lips off and run a knife blade flat round the inside the rim just past the lip curve etc..
And painted the rest gold and lacquered..
