Well as i now really do need to get a bigger car this one is going to have to go unfortunately, really is a regrettable sale but needs must
It currently has no MOT or TAX, i am 99% sure that all it needs to pass the next MOT is the passenger side sill either repairing or replacing. I currently have a full sill that if i get full asking price will chuck in with it.
It can come with a choice of wheels. Can have the standard steels for free (generous ent i) theres tigra 15's, astra tear drops, or 16" mille miglia spiders for £50 extra. these aren't perfect but perfectly useable or there is cavalier expression wheels for £100 extra. hope that makes sence
It will come on standard suspension but i have bilstein big piston front shocks with "2L springs" and spax 26 point adjustable rear shocks with random very low rear springs. actually handles very well on these. I would want £100 for this set up
it has very good condition 256 ate brakes on the front as standard stuff is lethal.
The interior actually came out of a d reg 5 door which meant the uprights have bee changed to tilting seats for access to the rear bench which has had the proper brackets fitted so that it folds down which in conjunction with the rear bulkhead having been removed gives a massive boot.
The only thing its missing for a complete brown interior is front door cards but the current ones could be painted if need be.
Overall condition of the car is very good imo however if you want it perfect its going to need a crossmember as that's dented. Drivers side win has rotted on the front leading edge, passenger wing is bent. Both doors have dings but very little rot so could be repaired. Both rear arches have gone at the bottoms. Both sills need work and the there's a hole in the boot shut somehow
The engine isn't the original as that was a bit tired its now the one that came out of Toms now stupots saloon and is a very reliable and strong engine.
