Aye it does :P
well tonight I did a little more, finished one shaft
I then pissed about with my new inlet and exhaust and took a few photos, what do you think?
I personally love it and I think it should go well with the kind of look I am after.
Dan

Looking really good mate, you're getting there![]()

Thanks pal![]()

Did a bit more today, Painted my manifold and down/ up paint.
Fitted the manifold with new nuts and stainless bolts.
Once the paint were dry on the down/up pipe I wrapped the top half.
and inbetween that I fitted the injectors and glow plugs.
Dan

over the past 3 evenings and this morn ive read nearly all of this thread and man there has been some graft on this.
when do you expect to have it back on the road?
rick

Dan, not trying to piss on your fire dude, but the down pipe might rott under that heat wrap, but heres a good way to try stop it, buy some more HT paint in white and spray it onto the wrap, this might keep it from getting to moist and stop the rotting effect etc.
Other then that dude, your one dedicated lad, and i envy your determination, wish i had the get up and go.
Scott

Looks awesome but could you not make a better flowing exhaust manifold? fabrication on this looks lovely though![]()

Ricky: cheers Pal, I would like it at billing ?! maybe :P
Scott: I may spray it with VHT clear. or maybe black, dunno? Thanks anyway
Jake: the manifold looks like it will flow nice, and hopefully the down pipe will too. Its going to flow better than standard any way as the exhaust port is three times the size on the manifold now. Cheers any way![]()

hats off you buddy
shes getting there![]()
