Tracking checked again, this time its much better and good enough not to worry about. Very happy with that, so took it for a small test drive over the back roads... Back end now feels tight and much better. So much better than it did before.
On to the turbo swap.

I was one that was rebuilt at your place, has done 1k but the owner has gone much bigger spec. So sold me it dirt cheap, and i mean DIRT cheap...
