Am I right in thinking there's a difference between polar white and glacier white in that one is more... white?

One is a slightly creamier/less 'crisp' shade than the other?

Yes

Polar white=creamy white

Glacier white=brighter white

I know, its for the wheels. I don't intend to get an exact match, just wanted the whiter of the two colours.
