    Collect and delivered today over to 'freddys' and did a bit tonight, back over tomorrow to do more bits, will be all finished by next Sunday and then can go over to Luton to Si (WBC) for paint!!

    Met up with his younger brother the Corsa today too.





    Tape holding the bonnet down over the Severn Bridge...



    Also, rear beam has been strengthened for the coilovers and then shotblasted, rust primered and powdercoated black...

    So, work done sunday...

    Roof vent drilled/test fitted and hole cut.





    Side moulding removed and moulding pins cut off.


    Strut tops cut out for the eccentric top mounts.





    Hole cut in exhaust tunnel for gear selector rod.



    Fibreglass wings fitted (bonnet is too low as the slam panel is not fitted in the 2nd picture, when on everything lines up perfect.)

    Driverside seat rails fitted, drivers seat fitted, EPas column fitted, pedals test located.





    Still to be done....

    Slam panel.
    Minor bonnet repair.
    Battery tray to be modified for Front brake/Rear brake/Clutch fluid pots.
    Passenger side seats rails.
    Handbrake hole to be covered.
    Centre harness bolt plates.
    Sill tubes for sill stands.

    Yes, I'm all sorted mate, got plenty. Forgot to get a picture of the rails (and the extra eye bolt for the crotch strap), will get one when I am back over,

    What did you use to remove the side trim pins? Does removing them leave much of a mess?
