    Very interesting Dan, didn't know you were going for a bigger turbo etc, just wandering though how much heat will be dissipated back onto the turbo and rad with it going over the top like that?

    Nice work, what's the deal with welding to cast metal though is it more likely to crack?

    I intend to heat wrap it and make some heat sheilds.

    Cheers Iain, Basically I did a test first by welding a 25mm by 10mm stud to the back on the manifold. Then I tried braking it, resulted in a bent stud! So I would say this will hold

    Wow you have been busy, awesome fab/engineering going on here.
    Is the reason for the boostpipes having to go that way because of the started being in the waY?
