Managed to do a bit today.
Firstly the pic as promised of the pedal box fitted im hoping the stuff arrives tomorrow to finish the throttle side then im laughing.

I spent the best part of the day fitting a corsa rubber mount to the driver side. Ended up with this

I then painted the chassis leg where i made the mod for running the calibra gearbox mount

But with it being cold i found myself waiting more than working .

List of jobs for tomorrow:
I have to run a brake line from the rear t-piece to the braided line in the car.
Modify and fit the wiring harness.
Throttle cables.
Refit the thermostat.
Put some water in
And maybe hear it fire up??????

Yeah got as far as I can without testing the engine. But have decided to see how it runs then take it back to bits so my mAte can paint it. Watch this space for the updates

Hi mate corsa front mount is 10mm wider so the engine is further from the chassis leg. Calibra mount cause it's a neater instal and makes it easy for engine changes.

Hi all a small update but a big milestone. Had the engine running today I Cant believe its been so easy after all this. So ive decided to finish the car and just get the outside painted untill the end of the year.
