Well today was turbo time :P...

I decided to modify the original manifold to fit the T25, This is how I did it.

Cut the original flange off.


Welded the studs onto the new Flange.




I recessed the manifold to fit the new flange flush.






A couple of tacks to make sure everything fits...


and then a full on seam weld.


Turbo is on boys.

I then cracked on with the Zaust!!

I couldn't go make a down pipe so instead I made an up pipe

Best thing is the hole pipe system will come off with out removing anything other than the radiator.

I need to make the intercooler pipe now and put a flange on the down pipe to mate up with my ashley. Other than that jobs a good un
