Bought for my car but doesn't fit as its too big for my induction pipe to fit over.
Brand new, still in packaging.

I have absolutely no idea. I guess a silicone pipe adapter could be used if you already had an adapter for the AFM? I.E. it can be made to fit with the right parts.
