Well I braved the cold yet again, Finish my front strut/torret/ inner wing..

Basically made some spacers to move reinforce the torret mount or what ever you want to call it.

Then I made this to go on top, exactly the same as the other side.. should be very strong indeed

    From above..

I then wired wheeled the rest of the underseal and brush painted the inner arch with Zinc primer, once it were dry I went round the edges with etch primer. They will all be seemed sealer and spray primed, stonechiped, then gloss painted with 10l 2k once eventually

I cracked on making the wing support like the other side then drilled all the new holes to mount it

    and the wing fitted...

As the cross member was now finished I decided to drill the holes for the rad and tie bar mount, then I gave it a good wire wheel and primer. The Inter-cooler mount do need moving though, but that is a job for when I can actually fit the bumper etc.

And How I left it. Definitely getting there now , just front chassis legs, sill and both arches to do

I think you would be surprised how heavy the rust is I have removed. I will weigh the car when its done, can't see it being much heavier tbh. But I don't really mind as long it is strong
