Well did a bit more today, had a couple of mates to help out so we got plenty done.

I cracked on with the N/S turret

Chopped all the suspected areas out.

Mean while Rob removed the fuel Tank and rear beam.

I bolted the brace on to steady the Job up a bit..

First bit of welding, again 2mm plate

Second bit, chassis leg top only.

    The ream beam

So any way, we thought we would offer up the new turbo..

    Old on top

And roughly where it will sit.

I will need some kind of log manifold to be made.

I then tied in the chassis leg and arch top. I want a smooth bay So I have done it like this for minimal filler.

This piece is actually a nova rear seat base.. Recycle aye The possibility's are endless!!

Quick grind down and some primer to keep the wet out.

Then on with the back of the turret

Poor old Ryan spent the day removing the underseal from the rear arch.. looks pretty good bless him..

And then Rob removed the rest of the fuel lines and brake pipes so now the shell is bare underneath.

I then had a go fitting a K-series manifold, lines up well and with some work I think I might be able to mount the t25 on it..

Will have to wait and see, any way here is a photo to show how good a fit it is.

That's all for today any way folks...

    Dan
