Same, guessing we'll find out tomorrow if they actually honour it when the bosses get back to work to find out someone in IT just cost them millions

We are getting in touch regarding your recent order placed using the promotional code: JS112011CAT. Due to a system error your order was processed with a cost of £0.00. We’re sorry but as this was our genuine mistake, we are unable to fulfil this order and have cancelled it.
My order actually came to a fiver not 0, wonder where I stand to argue

Rofl imagine me having an interview on Watchdog with that ginger bint, and with a straight face explaining why I'm so upset my £4 order at Sainsburys Entertainment was canceled and how I have to buy the F&F 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 DVDs from elsewhere now.

the price is immaterial... the price was advertised, the sale was processed.. you did what was asked of you.. they are legally bound to honour the sale.

Same here, 5 out of 8, other 3 are out of stock.

Gonna get my mum to check her order in a bit

edit: make that 4 out of 8, other one is cancelled but no email for me. Mum also had anything she ordered that totalled £0 cancelled, rest are posted.

As far as trading standards goes they are required to honour the price they advertised, they're not obligated to sell anything though, you can refuse the sale of an item. Normally once payment is taken they can't take it back but I imagine there's a 2 way element to the distance selling regs that allow 7 days.
