mike, corsa's are **** to work on

Are they funk theres as easy as Nova's just a tad tigther round the engine if there 16v.

Ive much preferred building this to any Nova Ive ever done if Im honest, they look much nicer inside when there stripped IMO, and the dirt cheap price of parts is WIN

Consulted my Westfield building friend about mini alternators & how they get around paying the £200+ SBD pricetag. So Ill see what he turns up as hes got some info & sizes for me.

Can't find my thread's about it, but i fitted this to mine. Same spec as smaller SBD one (40a iirc), cost me about £35 fitted!

Thats the alternator Im looking at Mazz. Theres a fair few cars you can get them off, all Japanese. eBay recons are like £65 ish compared to SBD's overpriced item which, if you check there part numbers it goes back to a Pug/Cit item

The left hand one youve pictured there is ident to the SBD item

How are the rear springs and adjusters different?

JR on corsasport has a EPAS column with everything needed for sale.

The adjusters are different Alex. On the Nova version, the bottom half of the adjuster that sits on the axle pad/mount has a smaller diameter hole compared to a Corsa version.

Do they??? Seems a right shÃ*t way of mounting them then as you can barely reach them to adjust if there at the top :/
