mr hacksaw has been out, and around the air con stuff
garage is a nice 17 degrees aswell, i love have gas central heating from the house in the garage :D

Keep the 1.6 IMO. Xe's are way way overdone.
But you could.... just maybe drop a 1.7 in it!

. Was it essential to remove the front bumper, both headlights and the rad etc to get the tensioner off?
i had to to remove everything, to get to the ****ing clips on the rad
heres the little ****er i need to get too
still got to remove both pumps now
im gonig to ditch the air con pump, pull the mount out the way, then see if iv got enough room to squees past the pas pump
after all this **** YES IM KEEPING IT IN

I tihnk it would have been easier for you to just remove the engine to get to said pump/mount :/
