    pressure plate

    one of two friction plates

Nice clutch, I've got the same in the Peugeot and its properly vicious, are you converting to a hydraulic clutch ?

PS Things are moving in the tie bar department, I'll be in touch soon hopefully.

At the moment no mate because the pedal box I'm running is cable but if it's cheaper to go that route ( the bearing from hockley from cable is £250) then I'll go the better route.
Is that a threat or a promise on the tie bars

Yeh I see what you mean, sadly its not a cheap conversion but personally well worth it

As to the question of tie bars, LOL things are progressing, I'll leave it at that ha ha

That £250 is just for the cable type bearing mate I'm going to look at my pedal see if it can be modified then take it from there is it hard to convert to hydraulic??

You can use the oe centre push if it suits the type of release bearing your clutch now does, I'm sure knocking up a cylinder to mount on the pedal box shouldn't be too much effort.

I could think of prettier things to spend 1K on but that flywheel looks nice, I'll have to take a proper look on Thursday if I don't see it before

P.S leave it on the kitchen table, taking it down the garage will probably end up with it being damaged like 90% of the things that get taken down there
