    Check your bradded hoses don't need re adjusting to the other side of the stop by the banjo on the caliper, i had to do this on mine come mot, check it on lock to lock to see if they kink inward and touch your drive shafts, simple fix to over come a silly fail!

    Those rear shims make the car handle funny, I wouldn't use them

    But at a guess it would do anyway with the mad offset rears left as they were?

    Best to let Edd see how the feel once it's all on/together, i have heard some good things about the shims of a friend who races a mk2 golf.

    What rating are the bolts in the calipars? They need to be strong.

    Oh another massive tip from me here, switch back to the GM banjo bolts on the calipers, them Goodridge kit one's are ****! far to weak, the dished head leaves about 3mm of material to ware it joins to rest of the bolt and then the hole is not much father through, I'm sure i posted in my track car about it, mine sheared of trying to nip it back up after i swapped them round, so you may need new compression washers too if you do switch anything about etc..
