    Roof has some kind of reaction in the paint, bout the size of a 20p coin, bit strange as it's only appeared in last few months

    At the time I found it, it seemed like the build was going backwards, just hope it all comes together in next few weeks so I can get some use out of it before I put it away for the winter

    Ah yes i remember now..

    Funny thing is in last 3-4 months Ive noticed a small 20p size patch that kind of bubbled/blistered on my track car's roof, it's really random, looks like bird poo acid burn, but it's under the laqure..

    /if your's is solid white can you not try polish it out?

    Small update;

    Finished building up the doors

    New clips used

    New solid plastic handles, I'm not keen on the rubber ones, and new window winder handles

    Gaffa tape ftw

    All fitted up with Sport doorcards which I was lucky enough to get hold of

    More over next few days, got the camber shims on

    But have trouble with the brakes, had the wrong RH handbrake cable and all the unions on my brake lines don't fit the GSI master cylinder I'll get round to that problem soon

    Your eye to the small details put me in heaven.

    Brake unions should be m10 and m12 on the MC end...

    Update;

    Been finishing off the rear beam swap today, Eibach camber shims are on, no doubt there is some special jig thing to set these up but I've just set it so the top of the wheel tilts in more thanks to Iain also for pointing me in the direction of the shims

    Also fitted some new brake back plates that have been powdercoated as I wasn't happy with the painted ones

    Cleaned and painted the original beam brake lines as well

    Fitted new bolts/washers/nuts on the ARB and beam mounts

    Pics;

    This is a view from behind, not sure if it's too much camber wheels deffo clear the arches now tho

    Also when Si (stt) dropped Craig's Flair off at my house he brought round a Megasquirt ecu for use on my 1300 turbo set up

    It was the one I was going to buy so ideal and a good price, another part ticked off the turbo list

    More tomorrow

    Rear camber looks spot on! Doesn't look too much from the pic.

    Loving the camber, shims are very nice, better than a lot i've seen. Looks great under the rear end.
