    he's right about the lines, you need lines from any fuel injected nova.

    **** welding a petrol tank though just stick an MPI mk3 astra pump in an spi tank

    just get some thin copper radiator pipe from b&q. it can be bent easily to shape, and it withstands all weathers. then use efi grade rubber hose for the end joints.

    ps. the old feed pipe can be reused as the return, as there is no actual pressure on it...

    i got 25m of copper fuel pipe from my local motor factors (ish) for 20quid. that held my XE fuel pressure fine

    ah thats handy, about the return lines. i didnt know that they didnt hold pressure, thanks. ill just grab the copper fuel lines then and try and get hold of an spi tank cheers
